ACO is the organizer of the ACO World Senior Chess Championship 2021 (1 - 10 October, 2021) and arranges accommodation with all-inclusive for all participants in the venue hotel 5-star Fodele Beach Resort (S. Giannikakis S.A., Fodele 715 00, Crete, Greece). Contractual partner for accommodation is the hotel.

The arranged hotel booking and the registration for the chess tournament take place in two separate steps:

➡ Enter the data for yourself and any accompanying persons below.
➡ Choose your room type and if desired extra nights.
➡ Check the summary of your booking. If everything is correct, please press "Confirm and book" at the bottom.
➡ Immediately after that you will receive an email with the hotel confirmation from Fodele Beach Resort.
➡ Please also check your spam folder in case you did not receive the email.
➡ Afterwards you will receive a separate email with the link to the registration form for the chess tournament.

Flexible payment conditions (exclusively for ACO participants!)

✅ No deposit is required.
✅ You pay the total amount of your booking directly to the hotel upon arrival, by credit card or in cash.

Flexible cancellation conditions (exclusively for ACO participants!)

✅ Free cancellation of the hotel booking until 3 days before the date of arrival.
✅ In case of cancellation 2 days before the date of arrival you will be charged 30% of the total amount by the hotel.
✅ In case of cancellation 1 day before the date of arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total amount by the hotel.
✅ In case of no-show, you will be charged 100% of the total amount by the hotel.
